Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question during the preceding 30 days.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed become immediately due and payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.
